Platform Analytics Architect
Jenny Millar is a Platform Analytics Architect at Launchworks & Co and specialises in Analytics, Pricing, Marketplace Strategy and Customer Experience Optimisation. Jenny has 15 years of commercial, operational and analytical experience in eCommerce, banking and consultancy environments.
Prior to joining Launchworks & Co, Jenny spent 10 years with eBay Europe in a number of senior roles crafting superior customer propositions that keep pace with rapidly changing technology and consumer needs. Combining analytical rigour and commercial acumen, Jenny developed B2C & C2C pricing and promotions strategy, delivered advanced behavioural analytics to shape platform enhancements and led iterative strategies to disrupt under-performing business areas.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation in tech, Jenny now formally advises start-ups and supports the MassChallenge accelerator programme through mentoring, judging and investing.
At Launchworks & Co, Jenny specialises in building platform value for start-ups by harnessing customer data and identifying nascent opportunities to influence behaviour that unlocks platform growth. This includes the development of pricing, data best practises and customer experience optimisation required to scale innovative business models.
Prior to eBay, Jenny’s career was founded by practising leading edge analytics in consulting, banking and Fortune 500 environments having received a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Astronomy from Sheffield University.
