Listening to Benoit Reillier’s 2026 AI predictions at the last Platform Leaders conference, a few fundamental questions kept coming back:

  • If AI creates an abundance of cognition, how do we harness it?
  • What should our children study to stay relevant in this new landscape?
  • How do we, as leaders, keep up with the pace of change?
  • How do we reinvent entire industries and ecosystems responsibly?
  • Which policies will protect us from harm while also enabling innovation?

These are not questions that any one individual – or even a single organisation, however powerful – can answer alone. They are questions we must tackle collectively.

Launching Collective Intelligence for AI: preparing for transformative AI, together

That is why Launchworks & Co is a founding member of CollectiveIntelligence.AI.

Why Collective Intelligence, and why now?

AI is fast becoming a general-purpose technology. Like electricity in its time, it will shape every sector of the economy. The stakes are high, however: the same tools that promise productivity gains and medical breakthroughs can also disrupt existing organisations, change the very nature of work and create new systemic risks.

One thing is certain. We need to prepare for transformative AI, together:

  • Individuals, who need trusted guidance to navigate new tools and new careers,
  • Organisations, who must rethink strategy, talent, governance and technology choices,
  • Institutions and policymakers, who are being asked to regulate at a pace and scale that has few historical precedents.

CollectiveIntelligence.AI is our response to that challenge: a space where diverse stakeholders can learn, collaborate and help shape how AI evolves in practice – not just in theory.

Our mission

CollectiveIntelligence.AI’s mission is to address the challenges and opportunities of rapidly advancing AI by bringing together experts, small and large organisations, policymakers and institutions to:

  1. Learn about AI
To deepen understanding of what current and emerging AI can actually do and where its limits and risks lie.
  2. Collaborate on real problems
To connect people who are facing similar questions so that we can share what works, avoid repeating mistakes and build practical solutions together.
  3. Shape AI’s development and use

To contribute constructively to policy debates and practical governance so that AI develops in a sustainable, responsible and human way.

A private community for people who are doing the work

Members of CollectiveIntelligence.AI will have access to our dedicated community space on Circle, where they can connect between events and projects. Inside, you’ll find:

  • Real-time discussions with AI practitioners and experts,
  • Curated resources, research and case studies,
  • Member-contributed tools, lessons learned and implementation stories, and
  • Working groups tackling specific AI challenges, from deploying AI agents to embedding AI policies into products.

It’s designed not as another generic “AI forum”, but as a focussed, practical environment for people who are actively responsible for making AI work in their organisations and sectors.

First focus: Search in the age of AI

One of the first topics we tackled as a community is how AI is transforming digital discovery – in other words, how to be found online when search is being reshaped by AI overviews, agents and conversational interfaces. This is no longer just an SEO issue; it’s a strategic question for boards and leadership teams.

Through CollectiveIntelligence.AI, we’ve combined practitioner insight, research and community discussion into a set of practical recommendations that organisations can use now to adapt their discovery strategies.
